Consulting Stars Program- An LBW Scholarship Initiative

This is an entry level One-Year Scholarship Program to groom candidates into the Management Consultant role at LBW. The Program is an intensive learning ground and provides foundational experience in the areas of Consulting in Organization Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), Strategic HR, Leadership Capability Building and Talent Acquisition.

The purpose of this program is to provide a platform to learn & contribute at the same time to the multi-faceted areas of LBW’s offerings.

On successful completion of one-year including a ‘passing-out project’ submission, the candidate will be absorbed (subject to company requirements at the time) as Consultants in either of its core divisions of Consulting or Talent Acquisition.
